What we collect and why
Newarc Consulting Inc. uses your work email, team size, and use case to respond to your Data Collage access request and help with setup. This form does not sign you up for marketing emails. Do not include passwords, customer records, or confidential query results.
Where it goes
When enabled, the form sends your information directly over HTTPS to Formspree, our form provider. Authorized Newarc staff handle requests in Formspree and the datacollage@newarcinc.com mailbox. The website does not store your entries in its own database or browser storage.
Formspree may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details and uses infrastructure in the United States. Its operational records and international processing are covered by the Formspree privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We remove access-request submissions and their notification emails from our active Formspree inbox and support mailbox within 90 days of submission. If you become a customer, separate licensing and support records may be needed to provide the service. Records required by law may be retained longer.
Removing an active submission does not mean all provider backups, security logs, or legally required records are immediately erased. Formspree and our email provider govern those records under their own retention practices.

Email datacollage@newarcinc.com to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. Use the email address you submitted so we can locate the request; we may need to verify your identity.
